Payment Details:

A non-refundable retreat retainer of $1,000 USD is due at the time of registration to secure your spot. Flexible payment plans are available.

Registrations received after September 15, 2025 must be paid in full.

All payments can be made by credit card through our secure online platform.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your $1,000 retreat retainer is non-refundable. It may be transferred to another person for the same retreat with prior approval.

Cancellations made in writing between August 1, 2025 and September 1, 2025 will result in a 50% refund of the total retreat fee (minus the deposit).

Cancellations made after September 1, 2025 will result in forfeiture of all payments.

We reserve the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.). If this occurs, all payments including your deposit will be refunded in full.

Trip cancellation insurance is strongly encouraged. We recommend using Travel Guard or a provider of your choice.

Please note: once payments become non-refundable according to the schedule above, refunds must be sought through your travel insurance provider.

Force Majeure Policy

Be Awesome Retreats will make every reasonable effort to recover non-refundable costs from third-party suppliers in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we cannot guarantee full reimbursement and will not pursue legal action in foreign jurisdictions.
